What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and improve Servaada's change cost and benefits framework.
• Review and challenge business cases, forecasts and benefit assumptions.
• Track programme costs, budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Monitor financial and non-financial benefits across change initiatives.
• Identify risks to value delivery, including cost overruns and benefit leakage.
• Produce dashboards, reports and analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Support decision-making by providing clear portfolio insights.
• Work with Finance and PPM teams to improve reporting, data quality and processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience managing costs, benefits and business cases within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience tracking and measuring business benefits.
• Ability to analyse data and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with portfolio management, finance and reporting tools.
