🚨 We're Hiring: Benefits Analyst

📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

Program Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administration for global recognition, wellbeing, wellness and years of service programs.
  • Manage employee eligibility, enrollments, registrations and participation records.
  • Process recognition awards, nominations, and service anniversary awards.
  • Support administration of global wellness and wellbeing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee and program records across all platforms.
  • Process benefits-related payroll inputs and support reconciliation activities.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits programs.

Employee Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding global benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee questions through shared mailboxes, service tickets, and HR support channels.
  • Investigate routine issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate complex program, policy, or compliance matters to the Global Benefits Programs Manager.

Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with external vendors supporting recognition, wellness, and wellbeing programs.
  • Track service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate employee support cases with third-party providers.
  • Support vendor meetings through preparation of reports, issue logs, and meeting documentation.
  • Monitor vendor service levels and identify recurring issues for escalation.

Communications and Engagement Support

  • Support development and distribution of employee communications.
  • Maintain program information on intranet site and employee portals.
  • Assist with awareness campaigns, promotional activities, and engagement initiatives.
  • Schedule communications and monitor participation trends following campaigns.
  • Support employee feedback collection activities and surveys.

Reporting and Data Management

  • Prepare regular participation, utilization, and engagement reports.
  • Maintain program dashboards and trackers.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and program data.
  • Conduct routine audits and data quality reviews.
  • Support analysis of participation trends and employee feedback.

Benefits Technology Administration

  • Administer recognition and wellbeing platforms, including user maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Process user access requests and support access reviews.
  • Conduct system testing for platform updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor system functionality and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.
  • Maintain program-related documentation and process guides.

Compliance and Governance Support

  • Maintain program records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance reviews, audits, and governance reporting.
  • Ensure confidential handling of employee information and personal data.
  • Assist with documentation of policies, procedures, and process controls.

Financial Administration

  • Process vendor invoices and purchase orders.
  • Track program expenditure against approved budgets.
  • Maintain budget monitoring spreadsheets and financial records.
  • Support monthly budget reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with contract and renewal administration.

Event and Program Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for global recognition and wellbeing events.
  • Schedule meetings, webinars, and vendor-led sessions.
  • Track registrations and attendance.
  • Support delivery of global awareness and engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain event calendars and project trackers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, Rewards Administration, HR Operations, Wellbeing Programs, or Employee Experience programs or a related HR function.
  • Experience working with global employee populations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
  • Experience with recognition, benefits, wellness, or HR technology platforms.
  • Experience managing employee-facing communications and shared service support processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
