We are looking for an experienced Counter Manager to lead our Benefit team in the Cosmetics department.

You will be a sales super star with impeccable customer service who has the skills to develop the team and grow the business. As one of the leaders in everything brows, you will also be experienced in providing a brow waxing, tinting and shaping experience. As most of your time will be spent providing exceptional customer experiences, you will have experience with running a busy cosmetics counter and take pride in making people feel and look fantastic. You should also gain job satisfaction from leading a team to be the very best they can be by setting clear expectations, motivating and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily brow services including waxing, tinting and shaping
  • Generating sales through welcoming service and expert knowledge.
  • Assisting with the day to day operational activities required within the department.
  • Achieving sales and expense budgets
  • Liaising with supplier for reporting, stock management and training
  • Ensuring the Company’s Vision and Mission Statements are supported.

Successful Candidate

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven sales success, preferably in the Cosmetics Industry
  • Experienced in Brow waxing, tinting and shaping
  • Passion for providing quality customer service and leaving a lasting impression
  • An experienced leader with proven management experience
  • Reliable, confident and passionate about beauty
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care

Additional Information

This full-time position is 39.5 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday.
