BMS Project Manager
VIGO Recruitment is working with a market-leading BMS business to appoint an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact building automation projects across the North West.
If you’re passionate about driving innovation in smart buildings and want to oversee some of the region’s most exciting BMS upgrades and installations this one’s for you.
Your Mission
You’ll take the reins on multiple BMS projects (typically £100K–£500K in value), managing everything from resource planning to handover. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you’ll be at the forefront of modern BMS delivery.

The Ideal Candidate
✔ Proven experience in BMS or HVAC project management
✔ Confident delivering multiple £100K+ projects simultaneously
✔ Skilled in systems such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens
✔ Strong commercial awareness and budget control
✔ Excellent communicator and team leader
✔ Full UK driving licence
