Experience refined accommodations, trendy dining, and personalized service featuring amenities like work desks, LeLabo bath products, marble rain showers, and Italian linens. With 15 event spaces over 28,000 square feet, the hotel provides state-of-the-art spaces for various occasions. Situated near Pike Place Market, Seattle Waterfront, and the Financial District, the Fairmont Olympic serves as a gateway to city-centric and maritime delights. The Concierge Team is ready to arrange tours to museums, concerts, sports stadiums, or sea adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
  • Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service
  • Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
