The Bell/Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, parking vehicles, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. As a key member of the guest services team, you will create a welcoming first impression and uphold the high standards of hospitality at the Metcalfe Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests and assist with luggage
• Escort guests and provide basic hotel information
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance/lobby area
• Support front desk operations and guest requests
Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
