As a Bellperson/Valet at our resort, you are often the first and last impression of the guest experience. You’ll warmly greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, safely park and retrieve vehicles, provide helpful information about the resort and local area, and ensure each interaction is efficient, courteous, and memorable. This guest-facing role requires professionalism, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to service—ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, helping people, and creating unforgettable welcomes and farewells. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining secure key control
Escort guests to rooms and explain resort amenities, services, and local attractions
Provide directions, valet coordination, taxi service, and other guest assistance as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell carts, valet area, lobby, and entrances
Deliver packages, amenities, messages, or other guest items promptly and courteously
Support front desk, valet, and concierge teams during busy periods
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong guest-first attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements for valet driving duties
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for vehicle operation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull luggage
Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
Must be able to safely operate vehicles and navigate large resort property
