• Greeting arriving and departing guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Escorting guests to their rooms and introducing them to hotel amenities and features.
• Assisting guests with heavy luggage, packages, and proper storage solutions.
• Answering questions about the hotel, local attractions, dining, and city highlights.
• Jumping in to assist the Front Desk or Valet during busy peak hours.
• Partnering with Housekeeping to ensure seamless room readiness and luggage delivery.
• Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for an exceptional stay.

Education and Experience
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, city layout, and top attractions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with all guests and leaders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple arrivals at once.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred, but not required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy luggage, carts, and packages regularly.
• Ability to move quickly between the front drive, lobby, guest floors, and storage areas.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions on the front drive when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining professionalism.
