INDUSTRIALIST HOTEL

124 rooms | 1,277 sq. ft. event space

Amenities include: signature restaurant (The Rebel Room), social lounge, fitness center, in-room dining, valet parking, conference & lounge areas.

The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and general guest needs. This role creates a welcoming first and last impression for guests while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency at all times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

JOB DUTIES

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal items.
  • Escort guests to rooms, provide property information, and explain amenities.
  • Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entryways, and bell storage areas.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
