
【Key Responsibilities】
· Maintains detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotel including
the location, the hours of opening, and special promotions, banqueting events
· Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination
with other departments
· May regularly inspect and clear hotel entrance and surrounding areas of litter and debris.
· Maintains accurate knowledge about transport options to key places of interest, from and
to the 2 airports, train stations, city air terminal.
· Maintains accurate knowledge about key places of interest to visitors such as hours of
opening, special exhibitions, location, will learn from the In the know board all concierge
favorite places
· Assists and carries luggage for all guests and visitors to the hotel.
· Assists with valet parking, loading and unloading luggage, whilst following procedures
of luggage storage and safekeeping at all times.
· To read guest luggage tag upon arrival with taxi and doorman inform front desk or
guest relation for a smooth arrival
· To be fully aware of all VIP arrival of the day
· Maintains the luggage storage facilities in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
· Greets, assists and guides all guests and visitors to the hotel.
· Distributes the daily newspapers.
· Performs personal services such as delivering messages and packages, and giving
business information as requested
· Cleans and maintains baggage room, baggage trolleys, all elevators, Fitness and porter’s
desk.
· Assists in maintaining cleanliness of lobby, port cochere and uses initiative to report
repairs to Maintenance/Concierge.
· Assists with the rooming of guests, explaining facilities in room and in hotel en route.
· Actively participate at all hotel events and training sessions
· Being able to speak both Japanese and English is preferred

・定期的にロビー・玄関を点検し、汚れや異常がないか確認を行う。
・羽田・成田空港への様々な交通手段に関する正確な知識を備え維持する。
・最新の観光スポット情報をコンシェルジュと共有し詳細を把握し維持する。
・ホテルの全てのお客様に対して荷物のお手伝いを行う。
・駐車場での荷物の積み下ろしの手伝いを安全を確保し遂行する。
・お客様を円滑にお迎えする為に、荷物のタグでお名前を確認しフロント・ゲストリレ
ーションに伝える。
・その日の到着VIP の情報を十分に認識する。
・荷物の保管部屋は常に清潔且つ整理整頓された状態を保つこと。
・ホテルの全てのお客様に対しお迎え、お手伝い、ご案内を行う。
・新聞の配布業務を行う。
・お客様の要望により、メッセージやお届け物、ビジネスなどに関する情報などもお届
けする。
・バゲッジルーム、荷物ワゴン、エレベーター、ベルデスクを常に清潔に保つ。
・ロビーを良好な状態に保つ為に必要であればメンテナンスを施すと共に報告を行う。
・お客様のご案内時に館内の各施設の説明を行う。
・日本語・英語、その他の言語での対応あり
