THE ROLE

We are seeking a Bell Attendant (Substitute) to join our team! This is a temporary assignment.

In this role, you are responsible for assisting all guests with the opening of all doors into and out of a car or the hotel entrance itself, directing traffic flow at the property entrance, and ensuring the entrance is in order. The Guest Attendant will also offer to assist with their luggage, escorting guests to rooms and giving property and room orientations, storing and retrieving luggage, delivering packages and other items in the property. They also work very closely with Valet staff to coordinate assistance to guests’ transportation and transfers.

You will play a key role in fostering a high‑energy environment driven by passion for excellence. Clean rooms according to assignment sheet priority; update assignment sheet during shift.

Each interaction presents an opportunity to deliver a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections.

 WHAT YOU WILL ROCK

To thrive here, you bring at least two years of prior experience, ideally within a four‑ or five‑star hotel environment, along with the ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism.

You’re comfortable being a team player and assisting guests and coworkers equally. You feel comfortable greeting and welcoming guests entering the property. Opening vehicle doors and assisting guests entering and exiting vehicles. You ensure smooth traffic flow at the property entrance and feel comfortable interacting with guests.

If you speak additional languages beyond English, even better! You understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels and you’re ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant.

This role is active and hands‑on. You’ll spend a good portion of your shift working with guests and with your team, assisting your coworkers as needed to complete the required activities and deliver amplified service. Always smiling and offering a warm greeting to all.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • This is a union, hourly position $29.17
