We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Guest Services Attendant to be one of the first faces our guests see when they arrive. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service by welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, supporting transportation needs, and helping create a smooth and enjoyable stay from arrival to departure.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome guests with a warm and professional approach
• Assist with luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval
• Support guest arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless experience
• Operate the hotel vehicle as required
• Assist with guest vehicle parking and retrieval when requested
• Provide local recommendations and helpful information about attractions and activities
• Coordinate taxis, transportation, and special guest requests
• Support Front Desk and hotel teams with daily guest service needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and entrance area
• Recognize VIP arrivals and assist with special arrangements
• Deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of local attractions and the surrounding area
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
