THE JOB:
As a Bell Baggage Handler at MGM Grand, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience through your warm smile and exceptional service. By connecting with guests and understanding their unique stories and needs, you will take ownership of their experience, creating memorable WOW moments that they will cherish long after their stay. Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality that makes every visit memorable!
THE STARTING RATE: $ 18.2827 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested
Bring luggage in or out for Hotel groups
Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff
Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to includeweekends and holiday required
6+ Months of Prior relevant guest service experience preferred
