Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in providing exceptional service to guests? Look no further, as AYANA Komodo is seeking a Bell Captain to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure
  • Coordinate the transportation of luggage
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in proper order
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Supervise and mentor the Bell team to ensure efficient and professional service

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Bell Captain in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team
  • Proficient in English
  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is required
