🔎 About the Role

As a Bell Boy, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for Service, leadership, and luxury hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests with their luggage while checking-in, checking-out or transferring to another room.
• Assume proper decorum while at the lobby, according to RIU Hotels & Resorts Standard.
• Maintain proper procedures and ensure that you follow all the standard procedures.
• Ensure the delivery of messages, and other items requested by guests are being followed following the Operational Standards.
• Escort all Guest/s if necessary to their respective guestrooms.
• Man the Bell Boy’s desk.
• Ensure storage luggage according to established procedures.
• Report suspicious looking persons to Security.
• Ensure that all guests are treated in the manner that they deserve with elegance and first class service.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• ✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Education/Certifications: School Certificate
• Other Requirements: Physical endurance and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
