Position Summary: To greet and welcome guests and orient them to the property, constantly striving to achieve the Meadowood Mission at all times.
Personal Characteristics: Should have an extremely warm and friendly nature, be open minded, caring and non-judgmental
Experience Required: Customer service experience. Napa Valley knowledge a plus. Education, Certifications.
Licenses, Registrations: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must speak, read, write and spell proper English. A working knowledge of Spanish would be a definite advantage.
Computer Skills: Computer Skills, Program Knowledge, Basic keyboard skills required.
Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic required.
Reasoning Ability: Must be able to make decisions and perform tasks efficiently, based on logic and sound judgment.
Physical Demands of Position: The position includes a large amount of standing, walking and driving outdoors.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour + tips.
