Responsible for the prompt, courteous, and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage to and from guest rooms. Escorts guest to their rooms according to hotel guidelines Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities and directions, offering escort assistance when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the luggage room at all times. Conduct daily inventory of stored luggage and verify all stored and released items in the luggage log. Follow designated routes for trolley movement to maintain guest safety and minimize lobby disruption Coordinate with Bell Dispatch and Security for any suspicious baggage, unclaimed items, or excessive food items. Handle unclaimed and overdue baggage in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Assist in handling and distribution of stored casino giveaways or special items as directed. Handle and store perishable goods following proper quality and safety standard. Assist with errands and deliveries within or outside the property as required.
