Job Description

Join TUI Hotels as Bell Attendant located in Dalmatia where you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing exceptional luggage and guest assistance services, ensuring a warm first and last impression while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist guests with their luggage, escort them to their rooms, provide information about the hotel and local area, and support the Front Office team in ensuring smooth daily operations. You will also work closely with the Front Office team and other departments to ensure efficient communication and a seamless guest experience in line with TUI standards.

All applicants must be fluent in both English and Croatian. Due to work permit restrictions, applicants must be from a European Union country.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Monitors the entrance to the hotel and the hotel complex
  • Welcomes guests, provides requested information, and directs them to the Reception desk
  • Monitors and controls the flow of private and delivery vehicles in front of the main hotel entrance
  • Assists guests with their luggage
  • Ensures the safety and security of guests’ luggage left in our care, stores it safely, and provides guests with a luggage receipt
  • Ensures that information relating to guests’ names, personal data, and room numbers is not shared with unauthorised persons


ABOUT YOU

  • Vocational or secondary school education
  • Must be either a Croatian or EU national to apply for this role
  • Previous experience in the same position in high-category hotels is preferred
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Motivated, responsible, and communicative person
