The role of the Bell Attendant

Assistsguest with luggage during arrival anddeparture;makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms,andtransports guest and hotel packages and parcels.Ensuresguests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout thehotelarrival and departure experience.
