We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our Belgium team.This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while making a meaningful impact on our business from day one.We're seeking driven, ambitious professionals who thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about delivering results. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with industry-leading retail partners through phone, email, video, social media, and in-person meetings.
Develop and execute business plans and promotional strategies aligned with internal KPIs and revenue targets.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders across commercial, buying, supply chain, operations, and store support teams. Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, and supply terms to drive Net Sales and Operational Profit.
Analyse sales data, generate forecasts, and manage budgets to optimize performance.
Work closely with the Operations team to align demand planning with inventory availability.
Provide accurate, timely reports to the Sales Leader and relevant internal departments.
Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Product Management, Sales Admin, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights.
Travel as required for customer meetings and trade shows.QualificationsRequirements:
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with established relationships and strong presence in Krefel and Vanden Borre.
