Behaviour Support Practitioner Proficient | Hybrid

We’re expanding our WA team and have a new Behaviour Support Practitioner role available in Kalgoorlie.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Registration as a Proficient NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Relevant experience in behaviour support, particularly with individuals with disabilities.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWC), NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles and NDIS regulations.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to support building rapport and meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A true dedication to creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals and participants, including children and young people, ensuring their well-being is always a priority.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to multitasking and managing various responsibilities.
