Make a Lasting Impact as a Behavioral Technician in Addiction Recovery
Schedule: M-F 8a-6p, requires flexibility for hours worked. This position will cover Wentzville and St. Charles.
Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you’ll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure
- Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours
- Assist with client transportation to and from services
- Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems
- Participate in team meetings and staff trainings
- Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred)
Valid, unrestricted driver's license required
