About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Behavioral Support Assistants to support clients in a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) serving adult female correctional clients. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, structured environment while promoting accountability, responsibility, and daily living skills.
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in human services, criminal justice, or behavioral health who want hands-on experience working with clients in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and structured environment for clients
- Monitor client behavior and whereabouts throughout the shift
- Support clients in completing daily responsibilities such as chores and meal preparation
- Conduct routine facility checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Complete required documentation, including daily logs and incident reports
- Assist with program activities, including monitoring assigned tasks and accountability measures

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with correctional or similar populations
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Preferred

Qualifications
- Experience in human services, residential care, or behavioral support roles
- Familiarity with documentation or recordkeeping practices
- Knowledge of professional boundaries and client confidentiality practices
- Experience working in a CBRF or similar residential setting

Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time role working every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

- - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- - 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Additional shifts may be available based on staffing needs
- Work is performed on-site in a residential CBRF setting

Since 1977, ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. (ACS) has provided correctional programs for the criminal justice system. The Agency provides community-based programs that provide individuals with structure and supervision, help them acquire appropriate social behavior, and prepare them for self-sufficiency, while addressing the need for community safety.
