Schedule
Part-Time – 8 Hours Per Week
Standard schedule consists of:
- Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Every other weekend only

About Supportive Housing Services
Supportive Housing Services provides safe, stable housing for adult men transitioning successfully back into the community. Our staff help create an environment that promotes personal responsibility, recovery, accountability, and self-sufficiency.
As a Behavioral Support Assistant, you'll be part of a team that helps residents develop the daily living skills and structure needed for long-term success.
What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Support Assistant, you will:
- Maintain a safe and structured environment for residents
- Monitor resident activities, behavior, and whereabouts
- Build professional, respectful relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Document daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports
- Conduct routine facility and safety checks
- Assist with resident accountability measures, including assigned chores and program activities
- Support meal preparation and household responsibilities that help residents build independent living skills
- Encourage responsibility, initiative, and positive decision-making

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with correctional clients or similar populations

About ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc.

Since 1977, ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. (ACS) has provided correctional programs for the criminal justice system. The Agency provides community-based programs that provide individuals with structure and supervision, help them acquire appropriate social behavior, and prepare them for self-sufficiency, while addressing the need for community safety. As a 501 (c) (3) private non-profit agency, ACS is governed by a Board of Directors, with further community input from regional Community Advisory Committees.

In 2007, a subsidiary called ACS Clinical Services, LLC was formed to further advance our non-profit certified treatment program initiatives providing AODA and mental health services in several locations around the State of Wisconsin .

ACS provides a variety of services, including: residential programs, counseling, clinical treatment, day report services, electronic monitoring, employment assistance, and a variety of other supportive services. ACS has extensive experience working with a culturally diverse offender population, and has special expertise in addressing substance abuse, mental health issues and working with sexually violent persons.
