
The Behavioral Intervention Specialist Level & Residential Coordinator, as part of the each person’s support team, identifies and supports behavioral challenges, with the goal of maximizing each person’s independence. In addition, they will provide positive
interactions/interventions and skills training with a person-centered approach. The Behavioral Intervention Specialist & Residential Coordinator, will develop person-centered behavior support plans and behavioral health protocols to assist people in enhancing their quality of life and achieving their personal outcomes. In addition to behavior support, the Behavior Intervention
Specialist & Residential Coordinator will directly assist the Residential and QIDP teams with various tasks and initiatives as requested. To provide mentorship and guidance for Direct Support Professionals in the residential programs, ensuring person-centered supports are provided to the people AIM serves
