Get to Know Your Team (Benefits eligible)
* Develop and implement staffing coverage based on census and available staff
* Serve as an expert resource to staff for solving clinical problems
* Participates in group case and safety studies and provides real time feedback to staff
* Assist staff to efficiently utilize resources to meet patient care requirements and other professional responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with other intradisciplinary teams to solve problems in a fair and consistent manner
* Provide support, guidance, and feedback to staff
* Assist in the preparation and implementation of the annual goals for the department
Reports to assigned Manager
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
* Requires either a master’s degree (MSW) in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work or a master’s degree in a counseling/mental health-related field from an accredited university.
* Must have a current license to practice in Oklahoma as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
* Must have Behavioral Health experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
* Must have social work or counseling experience in a medical setting
