
The salary range for this position is SummitStone’s good faith belief and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of the posting. Responsible for providing on-going assessment, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy as well as case management. Develops and monitors service plans, treatment progress, documents interactions and maintains clinical records and other reporting data for clients with behavioral health, disorders, and/or disabilities. Coordinates with internal as well as external supportive services to deliver needed services to client. Collaborates with treatment team providers.
The ENCOMPASS team are Community Based Child & Family Therapists where you would participate as a member of the service delivery team to implement Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) with identified clients and their families through a combination of work within the clients’ homes, in the community, in an office setting and virtually. This position will see clients of all ages yet will primarily work with children 5-21 years and their caregivers/families. Willingness to provide family interventions, as clinically indicated by the phase of the TST model, is a must. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working within a team, are well-versed in evidence-based treatment practices, and are seeking to grow their clinical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
