Summary:

We are looking for a Behavioral Health Technician lead to monitor clients, assist with interventions, follow treatment plans, and drive the clients to appointments.

Pay: $16/hr

Shift:

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs.
  • Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other trainings as needed.
  • Test and review onboarding and training materials.
  • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of trainee attendance, progress, and achievements.
  • Maintain a database of all training materials.
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews to measure training efficacy.
  • Remain up to date on organizational policies and procedures; able to answer questions from trainees during sessions.
  • Participate in work groups and get involved in performance improvement of our organization.
  • Conduct competency evaluations for the Behavioral Health Technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a residential drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred.
