Job Highlights:

Starting Pay: from $37.00/hour

This Opportunity:

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Program Director in providing oversight of clinical operations at the Behavioral Health Urgent Care.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure that customers get the ultimate customer experience from all BHUC staff, whether in the waiting room, on the phone or in a treatment experience.

  • Serves as the tactical point person as it relates to the care of the people we support when the Program Director is not present on site

  • Assist the Program Director in monitoring customer wait times, customer satisfaction, and providing support and assistance to team members to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness

  • Complete triage assessment of individuals that present to the Behavioral Health Urgent Care for services

  • Complete nursing assessments for individuals seeking services at the Behavioral Health Urgent Care

  • Communicate with Program Director any operational/educational needs of the program

  • Complete incident reports for any situations that may happen during the shifts worked

  • Maintain trainings as required and requested

  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations

  • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures

  • Complete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

  • Driving and travel may be required

Education We're Looking For:

Associates: Nursing (Required)

Certifications We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) - State Board of Nursing

Experience We're Looking For:

Experience in a crisis management setting or service during which the individual provided crisis response | 3 Years | Required
Experience
with children/youth/adolescents in a Crisis setting | 1 Year | Required
Supervisory
Experience | 1 Year | Not Required

Schedule:

Friday (12pm-8pm), Saturday (8am-5pm), and Sunday (8am-5pm)
