Job Description

Part time, 24 weekly hours - two 12-hour shifts per week

alternating shifts every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday rotating schedule - one weekend days 7a-7p, next weekend nights 7p-7a

The Intake Services Coordinator assists in the development, implementation, organization and review of all activities related to patient care delivery within Intake Services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating patients’ involvement with services

2. Coordinating insurance pre-certification processes

3. Completing intake documentation

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

A. Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business or related field preferred.

B. Three to five years experience in behavioral health preferred.
