Behavioral Health Director
Laurel Fork, Virginia

We’re hiring a Behavioral Health Director in Laurel Fork, Virginia who wants leadership impact, clinical balance, and the opportunity to shape integrated care in a mission-driven outpatient setting.

You’ll step into a clinical leadership role focused on overseeing behavioral health services across multiple community locations while continuing to provide direct patient care. You’ll supervise a multidisciplinary team and serve on the Leadership Team, with flexibility in structuring your clinical and administrative time.

• You are a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC in Virginia
• You have leadership or supervisory experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Licensed Psychologist starting at $55/hour
• LPC/LCSW starting at $45/hour
• Health insurance at $16.83 per pay period, plus dental and vision
• 403(b) retirement plan with 5 percent match

• 5 CME days plus $2,500 annual allowance
