Behavioral Health Clinician (Remote – California License Required)
Schedule: Full‑time,
Remote Location: Remote role supporting multiple markets; majority of caseload in California
Licensure Requirement: Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
Experience Required: 3+ years post‑licensure

We’re seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Clinician to join our integrated primary care team. This fully remote role provides independent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with mental health and substance use conditions across outpatient, virtual, and primary care settings. You’ll manage a complex patient panel, deliver evidence‑based psychotherapy, collaborate closely with primary care and psychiatry, and mentor junior behavioral health staff.
Because a large portion of the caseload resides in California, only candidates with an active California clinical license will be considered.

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
