The Behavioral Crisis Technician (BCT) is a vital, hands-on role responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for adolescent patients. This position focuses on preventing, de-escalating, and managing behavioral crises while supporting daily programming and patient care.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, EMS, or direct care who are comfortable working in high-acuity behavioral environments.
