As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy and will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming. RBTs work with clients on improving communication, social, and daily living skills. BASS offers a comprehensive approach to ABA therapy, which requires you to work with children both within our centers and within the community. This is a collaborative role, and as an RBT with BASS, you will work closely with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs where your input is valued.

Our paramount goal is to deliver highly effective ABA Therapy. To achieve this, we've assembled a team of Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Technicians who are adept at implementing a diverse range of ABA-based programs. These programs encompass both Response Reduction and Acquisition strategies. Acquisition programs feature comprehensive Verbal-Behavior Programming, which integrates Discrete Trial, Pivotal Response Teaching, and Naturalist Teaching Environment methodologies.
