About Us
We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. We provide high-quality ABA services in both **clinic and home-based settings**, supporting children, adolescents, and individuals of all ages with a wide range of needs.
Here, our RBTs are supported by **on-site BCBAs and a collaborative clinical team**. We work with individuals with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs, including high-magnitude behaviors, giving our team members the opportunity to build meaningful clinical experience while making a real difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to help them develop communication, social, daily living, and other important skills while supporting the reduction of challenging behaviors.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Implement individualized behavior support and treatment plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA
* Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in clinic and/or home settings
* Build positive, meaningful relationships with clients and families
* Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and support treatment decisions
* Follow clinical guidance and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs
* Provide feedback regarding client progress, barriers, and areas of need
* Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful approach with clients, caregivers, and team members
* Follow all safety, clinical, and organizational policies and procedures

* Able to follow clinical direction while working independently with clients
* Strong communicators and team players
* Willing to learn and grow within the field of ABA
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred
* Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in human services is preferred but not required
* Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of employment; **paid training and support are provided**
* Reliable transportation is required for positions providing in-home services
RBTs do have 120 hours of PTO after a 90 day probationary period (60 hours for part time staff)
