Job Description

What You'll Earn

  • $20–$24/hour based on experience and certification
    • $15.16/hour during your training period, with your RBT exam and certification costs fully covered by us
  • Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance, whether you're pursuing your BCBA, a master's degree, or a related career in physical health
  • 30 guaranteed hours/week once certified (client cancellations don't affect your paycheck)
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match after 1 year
  • PTO that grows with your tenure + six paid holidays

Your Schedule

Required availability is Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm. No weekends unless desired, no late nights. 30 hours guaranteed each week once RBT certified, regardless of any client cancellations.

Where This Role Can Take You

We invest in your next step, whatever that looks like:

  • RBT — we'll get you certified and support you every step of the way
  • Lead RBT — train new teammates while deepening your clinical skills
  • Mentor RBT — shape clinic culture and support fellow RBTs
  • QASP-S — oversee treatment quality across ABA programs
  • BCBA — we support team members pursuing their master's degree with internships and tuition assistance
  • OT, PT, SLP, or healthcare administration — we'll support whichever direction you choose

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
  • Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session
  • Respond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm, including running or sprinting when necessary to reach a child quickly
  • Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
  • Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
  • Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families
  • Show up fully present — this work is active, immersive, and demanding, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it

What It Takes to Thrive Here

We're looking for people with a passion for working with kids and a belief that progress, however small, is worth showing up for every day. The best BTs we know didn't necessarily start having done it before, but come ready to learn and grow. If that resonates, you'll fit right in!

You'll also need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation, Monday–Friday, with full 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
  • Comfort working independently in direct care settings

Preferred:

  • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification or completed 40-hour RBT training (no experience? no problem — we provide full training and cover your exam costs)

Physical Requirements

  • Physical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments
  • Stay physically active throughout the day: you'll be constantly moving, on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, and transitioning between positions. You'll lift and assist clients or equipment up to 50 lbs.

At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!

About Woven Care

Hi! We're Woven Care. We're a pediatric therapy organization, and we're big believers in the power of human potential… whether it's our patients or our team, we exist to help achieve potential. We are on a mission to drive the highest quality clinical outcomes for the children we serve, becoming the household name for pediatric care in the United States. To achieve our mission, we have to build an organization by clinicians and for clinicians because the most talented clinicians drive the best outcomes for patients. We are building the future of pediatric healthcare, and changing lives, one patient at a time.

We've served children and families since 2005, and are proud to be the leading provider of pediatric care in Colorado. We are a team of experts with backgrounds in Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. We believe our comprehensive, integrated, multidisciplinary, care delivery model drives better clinical outcomes for patients. Together, we're proudly working as one team to drive the best outcomes for our patients.

Right now, our services are available to children and families in Colorado, and our goal is to continue to build exceptional teams throughout the United States so that every child has access to the care they deserve.
