Job Location: ASHEVILLE OFFICE -- Services/Clinical/Day Program Office - Asheville, NC 28803
Position Type: Behavior Technician
Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Job Shift: DayAre you interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? Have you been looking for an opportunity to make an impact in your local community? Are you interested in a part-time job with a convenient schedule and supportive culture? If yes, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Following a structured plan to teach and support clients in building various life skills, with supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Tracking client progress by collecting behavioral data during sessions to help supervisors make changes to care plans.
- Teaching client’s communication skills, how to play with peers, and other important life skills to help them achieve their goals and access their community, school, or and home in a meaningful way

Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Commuting to client's home
Location:
In home (Asheville, Arden/Fletcher, and Swannanoa)
Schedule: No weekends! Hiring for the following schedules:
8:30-11:30 a.m.
12-3 p.m.
3:00-5:30 p.m.
