Behavior Technician / ABA Specialist

Greystone Programs is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Specialist to play a key role in guiding and mentoring Direct Support Professionals across all shifts. In this position, you will:
• Collaborate closely with the Behavior Specialist to implement ABA teaching programs and behavioral strategies.
• Mentor Direct Support Professionals in the use of evidence-based practices, including:
• Positive reinforcement
• Functional communication
• Task analysis
• Data collection
• Support the consistent application of Behavior Support Plans to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for the individuals we serve.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm.

Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred or willingness to complete the 40 Hour RBT coursework during the first 3 months of employment. Experience working with individuals with autism. Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Additionally, we host social skills development groups, recreation programs, weekend respite, and after school and school break programs.
