Greystone Programs is seeking a Behavior Specialist who is passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and committed to improving the lives of people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you believe behavior change should be driven by data, evidence-based practices, and compassionate teaching, we want you on our team.
At Greystone, you won't simply manage behaviors—you'll help build an organization committed to becoming a leader in ABA-informed residential services. Your expertise will influence staff development, clinical practice, and the quality of life of the people we support.
We are transforming residential services through Applied Behavior Analysis. We're looking for clinicians who share that vision and want to help shape the future of our services.
Success in this role means reducing restrictive interventions, increasing independence, improving community participation, and helping individuals achieve meaningful life goals.
Through our Tuition Assistance Program, Greystone actively supports professional development, continuing education, and advancement toward BCBA certification.
*Retenion bonus payable after six months.
Why Greystone?
You'll have the autonomy to assess complex behavioral challenges, develop individualized interventions, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Join a mission-driven organization where clinical expertise translates directly into better lives for the individuals we support. You'll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and build meaningful relationships with individuals, families, and a dedicated care team — all while growing professionally in a supportive, team-based environment.
