
Job Title: Behavior Education Assistant
Position Function: The Behavior Education Assistant assists in the implementation of evidence-based behavior strategies for students with challenging behavioral needs at various sites throughout the district. The Behavior Education Assistant will monitor and collect data on behavior, document progress on skill acquisition, and collaborate with school staff implement behavior interventions.
Essential Performance Responsibilities:
Additional Duties: Assists with additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Equipment: This position may require the ability to use SMART boards and iPads in addition to basic office equipment such as computers, copiers, and scanners. Must always comply with WPS guidelines for equipment use.
Travel: Limited travel between schools and central offices may be required.
