
SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care
SpringHealth is seeking a Behavior Clnician to join our team in Robinson, IL. Candidates that qualify for this role must possess a bachelor's degree in a human-services-related field AND have 1,500 hours of ABA-related experience that can be verified by a BCBA or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Qualifying documentation of 1,500 hours of ABA-related experience may include:
· Working in the ABA field with children or adults
· Behavioral health settings
· Residential or day program services
· Intellectual and developmental disability services
· Psychiatric units
· Paraprofessional roles
· Internships or practicums in psychiatric field or ABA field
Examples of qualified candidates include:
· Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) -OR- Behavior Technicians with a bachelor’s degree and 1,500 hours of ABA-related experience that can be verified by a BCBA
· Mental Health Technicians with a bachelor’s degree and 1,500 hours of ABA-related experience that can be verified by a Licensed Psychologist
· Paraprofessionals with a bachelor’s degree and 1,500 hours of ABA-related experience that can be verified by a Licensed Psychologist
