We’re seeking a dedicated Site Director (Site Coordinator) for our Before School Program, running 6:30 AM – 8:15 AM. This role is ideal for paraprofessionals or school staff looking for additional hours in a supportive, low-ratio environment.
In this position, you’ll oversee a small group of elementary-aged children, ensuring a safe, calm, and positive start to their day. You’ll manage light programming, supervise staff (if applicable), and build strong relationships with students, families, and school partners—all while enjoying a more relaxed pace with fewer children and higher pay.

QualificationsThis is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early talent pursuing careers in education, recreation, or for individuals seeking to gain experience in management.  Experience as a Site Director (Site Coordinator) provides valuable skills working directly with youth and in a supervisory capacity that can lead to growth in a variety of fields.
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must meet the requirements for a Site Director in the state of New Hampshire
- Wage is based on experience
- Must be certified in NH - current resume, transcripts, and work experience must be available for interview
