Job Location: Paso Robles - Paso Robles, CA 93446
Salary Range: $18.00 - $19.50 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY:
A Firestone Walker Beer Educator must be friendly, easy going, enthusiastic and confident in their ability to teach the public about the craft beer industry. They possess an understanding the brewing process and ability to relay the information back to the general public and have fun while doing it. Overall the position involves promoting Firestone Beer by being welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities:
- Create a fun, high-energy environment
- Able and willing to work all scheduled shifts
- Make customers feel welcome and relaxed
- Pour beer tastings for customers properly and efficiently
- Provide tours of the brewing facility and coordinate set up of tours
- Divulge the correct information to the customer about each beer served
- Understand and be able to explain the brewing process to customers
- Greet each customer as they enter the Visitors Center
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks efficiently
- Be familiar with our POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Reconcile the cash/credit drawer at the end of the day
- Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently
- Stock and replenish items including but not limited to beer and tour glassware
- Change kegs as needed for beer tastings
