What does the job involve?

Equinor søker en engasjert og faglig sterk bedriftssykepleier med tilleggskompetanse som verneingeniør til vårt landanlegg Tjeldbergodden.

I denne kombinasjonsrollen vil du bidra til å styrke bedriftshelsetjenesten (BHT) gjennom helhetlig oppfølging av arbeidshelse, rådgivning og aktiv støtte i det operative arbeidsmiljøarbeidet.

Du vil være en del av Equinors interne bedriftshelsetjeneste og samarbeide tett med dyktige og erfarne kollegaer på tvers av fagområder.

Rollen har kontorsted Tjelbergodden og innebærer tilstedeværelse i felt og god forståelse for lokale risikoforhold.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

  • Gjennomføre lovpålagte helseundersøkelser og ivareta øvrige sykepleieroppgaver i tråd med krav knyttet til bedriftshelsetjeneste (BHT).

  • Rådgi i tekniske og kjemiske problemstillinger, inkludert støy, kjemikalier, verneutstyr, risikostyring, ergonomi og øvrige arbeidsmiljøutfordringer.

  • Tilrettelegge for og støtte gjennomføring av målinger og risikovurderinger på anlegget.

  • Gi faglige råd og veiledning innen verneutstyr, kjemisk helsefare og andre relevante verneingeniøroppgaver.

  • Lede og delta i kartlegginger, risikovurderinger, undervisning og rådgivning innen helse, miljø og sikkerhet (HMS).

  • Sikre kontinuitet og høy grad av lokal tilstedeværelse ved Tjelbergodden, samt opparbeide god kjennskap til anlegg og arbeidsmiljø.

  • Samarbeide tett med interne og eksterne aktører for å ivareta helse, miljø og sikkerhet.

  • Autorisert sykepleier med videreutdanning innen arbeidshelse, bedriftssykepleie eller andre relevante HMS-fag.

  • Kompetanse eller erfaring innen verneingeniørfaglige områder, spesielt knyttet til støy, kjemi, ergonomi, verneutstyr og risikostyring.

  • Erfaring med opplæring og veiledning av operativt personell i arbeidsmiljøspørsmål.

  • God kjennskap til lover og forskrifter innen arbeidsmiljø og helse.

  • Evne til å arbeide selvstendig, strukturert og med høy grad av initiativ.

  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk, både muntlig og skriftlig, samt beherske engelsk muntlig og skriftlig.

  • Erfaring fra bedriftshelsetjeneste, industri eller landanlegg er en fordel.

  • Høy tilstedeværelse på Tjelbergodden.
