Bedding Tape Operator

Location: Verona, MS

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Overview

TKO StaffPros is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Tape Operator to join a manufacturing team in Verona, MS. This position is responsible for applying tape to mattresses and other manufactured products while ensuring each product meets company quality standards.

Candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience are preferred. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Apply tape to mattresses and other products according to specifications.
• Ensure tape is straight, secure, and properly aligned.
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or cleanliness before applying tape.
• Maintain consistent production speed while maintaining quality.
• Identify and report product defects or equipment concerns to a supervisor.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment.
• Position requires standing for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• May require lifting and handling materials.
• Overtime may be available or required based on production needs.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $14.00/hour starting rate

Experienced Candidates: Up to $15.00/hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
