
The Bed Placement Specialist is responsible for real-time patient placement and bed assignment across the hospital to ensure timely admissions, efficient throughput, and optimal use of inpatient capacity. This role coordinates patient flow from the Emergency Department, Operating Room, procedural areas, direct admissions, and transfers while working closely with nursing units, physicians, and ancillary departments.
