What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with leadership to execute growth strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop future sales leaders
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first visit to final delivery
