Requisitos Académicos:
Estudiante de últimos ciclos o egresado de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines, con formación en gestión de proyectos, desarrollo de negocios, análisis financiero, etc.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Microsoft Office Avanzado
• PowerPoint Avanzado (presentaciones ejecutivas)
• Power BI intermedio/avanzado
• Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Planner, etc.)

Competencias:

• Alta capacidad de organización y seguimiento
• Capacidad de síntesis y estructuración de información
• Comunicación clara y efectiva (oral y escrita)
• Proactividad y autonomía
• Capacidad de desenvolverse en entornos multi-área
• Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de plazos

Adicionales:

• Interés en el negocio de estaciones de servicio / retail energético
• Enfoque en orden, control y disciplina en la gestión
