Introduction

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Intern to support the Solution Design team in organizing and tracking internal retail-related initiatives. The intern will assist in administrative tasks, coordination efforts, and team communications. This position is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in retail project environments and build soft skills in planning, attention to detail, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support project tracking and documentation.
• Assist in preparing presentations and notes for internal meetings.
• Update task boards and project plans.
• Communicate with internal teams for updates.
• Organize files and maintain project folders.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of project planning and coordination.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
