
Content Scope:
-Work closely with Brand Manager & Assistant Brand Manager to define end-to-end content strategy aligned with global brand vision and local market dynamics
- Collaborate & brief creative/social agencies for social first campaign ideas to deliver meaningful content at scale to enhance brand relevancy.
-Embed social-first thinking across all campaigns, ensuring content is designed for E-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
-Own creation of high-performing self-selling videos (short-form, native, creator-style content)
-Work closely with Social & PR team, and Dcom KAM for content execution on platforms.
Affiliate Scope:
-Establish strong relationship/connection with Top Beauty Creators, influencers in the market to become direct partners with Unilever
-Working with Top KOLs/creators to identify target, investment, exchange benefit to deliver quarterly business agenda
Job Requriements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or digital commerce.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and digital metrics.
